Instructions

    1. Stand with feet hip-width apart and knees slightly bent.
    2. Hold a barbell or dumbbells in front of you with an overhand grip.
    3. Perform a shallow squat and explode upward.
    4. As you rise, shrug your shoulders and pull the weight upward.
    5. Maintain a tall and upright posture throughout the movement.
