Instructions

    1. Start in a lunge position with your right leg forward and left leg back.
    2. Jump explosively, switching the position of your legs in mid-air.
    3. Land softly with your left leg forward and right leg back.
    4. Keep your torso upright and your knees aligned with your feet.
    5. Maintain a strong core and engage your glutes throughout the exercise.
