    1. Start in a lunge position with one foot in front and the back knee bent.
    2. Lower your body down into a deep lunge, keeping your chest up and shoulders back.
    3. From the lunge position, jump explosively into the air.
    4. Switch legs mid-air, landing with the opposite foot forward.
    5. Make sure to maintain an upright posture throughout the exercise.
