Instructions

    1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart.
    2. Bend your knees and lower into a squat position.
    3. Explosively jump up, extending your legs fully.
    4. Land softly and immediately lower back into a squat position.
    5. Maintain a straight back and proper alignment throughout the exercise.
