Instructions

    1. Stand with feet wider than shoulder-width apart.
    2. Hold a kettlebell with one hand above your head.
    3. Keep your arm extended and locked.
    4. Engage your core and hinge at the hips to lower your opposite hand towards the ground.
    5. Maintain a straight line from your head to your supporting hand.
