    1. Place two kettlebells shoulder-width apart on the floor.
    2. Adopt a push-up position with hands on the kettlebell handles.
    3. Keep your body in a straight line from head to heels.
    4. Row one kettlebell up to your ribcage while maintaining balance.
    5. Alternate rows with each arm while keeping your core engaged.
