Instructions

    1. Stand with your feet hip-width apart.
    2. Hold a kettlebell in your right hand, palm facing your body.
    3. Hinge forward at your hips, keeping your back straight.
    4. Row the kettlebell towards your ribcage, squeezing your shoulder blades.
    5. Lower the kettlebell back down and repeat with your left hand.
