Instructions

    1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart and hold the kettlebell in one hand.
    2. Keep your back straight and slightly bend your knees.
    3. Place your free hand on the thigh of the working arm.
    4. Curl the kettlebell towards your chest while keeping the upper arm stationary.
    5. Squeeze your bicep at the top of the movement and then slowly lower the kettlebell back to starting position.
