    1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart.
    2. Hold kettlebells at arm's length in front of thighs.
    3. Bend at the hips and knees, keeping back straight.
    4. Explode upwards, extending hips and knees.
    5. Catch kettlebells on shoulders, elbows high.
