Instructions

    1. Start with feet shoulder-width apart, kettlebells racked at shoulders.
    2. Slightly bend knees and engage core.
    3. Push through legs explosively, extending hips, and using momentum to press kettlebells overhead.
    4. Lock out elbows, keeping shoulders down and back.
    5. Maintain a neutral spine throughout the exercise.
