Instructions

    1. Stand with your feet hip-width apart and hold a kettlebell in front of your thighs.
    2. Keep your spine straight and shoulders relaxed.
    3. Slowly raise the kettlebell in front of you until it reaches shoulder level.
    4. Keep your core engaged and avoid arching your back.
    5. Lower the kettlebell back down to the starting position with control.
