Instructions

    1. Stand with feet hip-width apart, holding kettlebell with both hands, arms extended.
    2. Hinge at hips while maintaining a neutral spine.
    3. Lower torso until it's parallel to the floor.
    4. Keep core engaged and back flat throughout the movement.
    5. Return to starting position by pushing hips forward.
