Instructions

    1. Lie face down on the floor with a kettlebell in each hand.
    2. Extend your arms straight toward the floor, palms facing the floor.
    3. Slowly lift the kettlebells up, squeezing your shoulder blades together.
    4. Keep your head aligned with your spine and maintain a neutral spine throughout the exercise.
    5. Lower the kettlebells back down slowly and repeat.
