Instructions

    1. Lie flat on your back with knees bent and a kettlebell in one hand.
    2. Grip the kettlebell tightly and press it upwards while keeping your wrist straight.
    3. Keep your shoulder blades in contact with the floor throughout the movement.
    4. Lower the kettlebell with control until your elbow touches the floor.
    5. Repeat the exercise with the other arm.
