Instructions

    1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart and hold a kettlebell in one hand.
    2. Bring the kettlebell to the shoulder of the same side.
    3. Press the kettlebell overhead, extending your arm fully.
    4. Maintain a tall and straight posture throughout the movement.
    5. Lower the kettlebell back to the starting position and repeat on the other side.
