Instructions

    1. Stand with feet hip-width apart and knees slightly bent.
    2. Hold a kettlebell in each hand with arms extended in front of you.
    3. Keeping a slight bend in your elbows, lift your arms to the sides, squeezing your shoulder blades together.
    4. Maintain a tall posture with your chest lifted and core engaged.
    5. Lower the kettlebells back to the starting position in a controlled manner.
