Instructions

    1. Stand tall with feet hip-width apart, holding a kettlebell with both hands in front of your chest.
    2. Step back with one foot, lowering the knee towards the floor.
    3. Keep your torso upright and core engaged.
    4. Push through the front heel to return to the starting position.
    5. Alternate legs and repeat.
