Instructions

    1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, holding a kettlebell in both hands.
    2. Hinge at the hips, pushing your buttocks back while keeping your chest lifted.
    3. Lower the kettlebell towards the ground by flexing at the hips.
    4. Keep a slight bend in your knees as you perform the movement.
    5. Ensure your back remains flat and your core is engaged throughout.
