Instructions

    1. Stand with your feet hip-width apart, toes slightly outwards.
    2. Hold the kettlebell with both hands, arms straight down in front of you.
    3. Lower the kettlebell between your legs, hinging at the hips, keeping your back flat.
    4. Drive through your heels, extending your hips and rotating your torso to lift the kettlebell to chest level.
    5. Maintain a neutral spine and engage your core throughout the movement.
