Instructions

    1. Stand with your feet hip-width apart, holding a kettlebell in one hand.
    2. Hinge forward at the hips, extending one leg back.
    3. Row the kettlebell towards your ribcage, while maintaining a neutral spine.
    4. Squeeze your shoulder blades together at the top of the movement.
    5. Return to the starting position and repeat on the other side.
