Instructions

    1. Hold a kettlebell with one hand and stand with your feet hip-width apart.
    2. Extend one leg back and rest your foot on a bench or elevated surface.
    3. Keeping your torso upright, lower your body into squat position.
    4. Ensure your front knee stays in line with your toes.
    5. Push through your front foot to return to starting position.
