Instructions

    1. Stand with your feet hip-width apart and hold a kettlebell in one hand.
    2. Place the ball of your foot on an elevated surface, such as a step.
    3. Rise up onto your toes, keeping your body straight and engaged.
    4. Hold the position momentarily at the top.
    5. Slowly lower your heel back down and repeat on the other side.
