Instructions

    1. Stand with your feet wider than shoulder-width apart, toes turned out.
    2. Place the kettlebell between your feet, hinge at the hips, and grip the kettlebell handle.
    3. Keep your chest up, maintain a neutral spine.
    4. Initiate the movement by driving through your heels, straightening your legs, and returning to the starting position.
    5. Ensure your shoulders are pulled back and down throughout the exercise.
