    2. Hinge at the hips and grab the kettlebell with both hands.
    3. Keep your back straight and chest lifted throughout the exercise.
    4. Drive through your heels, straighten your legs, and lift the kettlebell.
    5. Pull the kettlebell up to shoulder level, keeping your elbows high.
