Instructions

    1. Stand tall with feet hip-width apart.
    2. Hold kettlebell in both hands between legs.
    3. Hinge at hips and slightly bend knees to pick up kettlebell.
    4. Pull kettlebell close to body as you rise to standing position.
    5. Maintain upright posture with shoulders back and chest lifted.
