    1. Position the barbell in a landmine attachment near your chest.
    2. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart.
    3. Bend at your hips and knees, lowering your body into a squat.
    4. Keep your chest up and back straight.
    5. Push through your heels to return to the starting position.
