Instructions

    1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, holding a barbell with one end in a landmine attachment.
    2. Squat down, keeping your chest up and back straight.
    3. As you stand up, press the barbell overhead in a controlled manner.
    4. Keep your core engaged and maintain a neutral spine throughout the movement.
    5. Lower the barbell back to starting position and repeat the squat and press.
