Instructions

    1. Place the landmine attachment in front of you.
    2. Stand with feet wider than shoulder-width apart and toes angled outwards.
    3. Grip the end of the barbell with both hands.
    4. Squat down, keeping your back straight and chest up.
    5. Push through your heels to stand back up.
