Instructions

    1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart and knees slightly bent.
    2. Step sideways with the right foot while bringing the left elbow towards the knee.
    3. Alternate sides, shuffling and crunching with each step.
    4. Maintain an upright posture throughout the exercise.
    5. Keep the core engaged and exhale with each crunch.
