Instructions

    1. Start by sitting on the edge of a bench or platform.
    2. Lean back, placing your hands behind you for support.
    3. Extend your legs out straight in front of you.
    4. Engage your core and lift your hips off the ground, forming a straight line from your head to your knees.
    5. Slowly lower your hips back down to the starting position.
