Instructions

    1. Sit on the platform with your back against the pad.
    2. Place your feet on the footrest, with toes pointing forward.
    3. Drive through your heels to lift the weight, extending your hips.
    4. Maintain a neutral spine position throughout the movement.
    5. Squeeze your glutes at the top and hold momentarily.
