Instructions

    1. Kneel facing the leg curl machine with your knees on the padded seat and shins under the roller pads.
    2. Adjust the seat and foot roller so that your knees align with the axis of rotation.
    3. While maintaining an upright posture, keep your back straight and core engaged.
    4. Slowly curl your legs by flexing at the knees, pulling the roller pads towards your glutes.
    5. Pause for a moment and then slowly return to the starting position.
