Instructions

    1. Stand upright with your feet hip-width apart and a slight bend in your knees.
    2. Hold a dumbbell in each hand with your palms facing your body.
    3. Keep your back straight and your core engaged.
    4. Lift both dumbbells out to the sides, parallel to the ground, until your arms are shoulder height.
    5. Slowly lower the dumbbells back to the starting position.
