Instructions

    1. Sit upright with feet flat on the floor and knees bent.
    2. Grip the handles with a neutral grip.
    3. Pull the handles towards your chest, keeping your back straight.
    4. Retract your shoulder blades and squeeze your back muscles.
    5. Slowly return to the starting position, maintaining proper posture.
