Instructions

    1. Sit upright with back and head against the seat.
    2. Place your feet shoulder-width apart on the footplate.
    3. Adjust the seat position so your knees align with your toes in the starting position.
    4. Push the footplate until your legs are almost fully extended without locking the knees.
    5. Keep your back flat against the seat and maintain proper posture.
