Instructions

    1. Sit facing the lever machine with a reverse grip on the handles.
    2. Keep your feet flat on the ground and maintain a straight posture.
    3. Slowly pull the handles towards your body, squeezing your shoulder blades together.
    4. Keep your elbows close to your sides throughout the movement.
    5. Lower the handles back to the starting position, maintaining proper posture.
