Instructions

    1. Sit upright on the machine with your back flat against the pad.
    2. Adjust the seat and footpad so that your knees are aligned with the axis of rotation.
    3. Place your feet on the footpad, keeping your back and head straight.
    4. Extend your legs fully by pushing against the footpad while maintaining proper posture.
    5. Control the movement as you return to the starting position.
