Instructions

    1. Sit upright on the chest press machine with back against the pad.
    2. Grab the handle with one hand, keeping the elbow at a 90-degree angle.
    3. Breathe out and push the handle forward without rounding the shoulders.
    4. Bring the handle back to starting position, maintaining proper posture.
    5. Repeat with the other arm.
