Instructions

    1. Lie on your side on the floor.
    2. Extend your bottom leg and bend your top leg at the knee.
    3. Keep your torso straight and aligned with your head and neck.
    4. Lift your top leg upward, maintaining control and stability.
    5. Lower your leg back down and repeat on the other side.
