Instructions

    1. Lie flat on your back with knees bent, feet flat on the ground.
    2. Place a small towel roll under your neck.
    3. Keep your chin tucked in throughout the exercise.
    4. Slowly lift your head and shoulders off the ground, maintaining the chin tuck.
    5. Squeeze your shoulder blades together as you raise up.
