Instructions

    1. Lie on your back with knees bent, feet flat on floor.
    2. Cross your right ankle over your left knee.
    3. Keep your lower back firmly on the mat.
    4. Reach your hands behind your left thigh and pull it towards your chest.
    5. Hold briefly, then switch sides and repeat.
