    1. Start by lying on your back with feet resting on the stability ball.
    2. Position your arms flat on the floor, palms facing down.
    3. Lift your hips off the ground, keeping your body in a straight line.
    4. Squeeze your glutes and engage your core throughout the exercise.
    5. Lower your hips back down to the starting position.
