Instructions

    1. Lie on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor.
    2. Grab a resistance band with an overhand grip.
    3. Extend your arms overhead, keeping them straight.
    4. Pull the resistance band down towards your chest, squeezing your shoulder blades together.
    5. Maintain a neutral spine and engage your core throughout the exercise.
