Instructions

    1. Lie on your back with your arms straight above your head.
    2. Engage your core as you simultaneously raise your legs and upper body.
    3. Reach your hands towards your toes as you tuck your knees towards your chest.
    4. Maintain a neutral spine alignment throughout the movement.
    5. Slowly lower back down to the starting position.
