Instructions

    1. Stand upright with feet hip-width apart, holding a medicine ball in each hand.
    2. Step forward with one leg into a lunge position.
    3. Simultaneously curl the medicine balls towards your shoulders.
    4. Keep your back straight and chest up during the entire movement.
    5. Return to the starting position and repeat with the other leg.
