Instructions

    1. Start in a downward dog position, forming an inverted V with your body.
    2. Lower your body down towards the ground while keeping your arms straight.
    3. As your body nears the ground, bend your elbows and bring your chest forward.
    4. Push your body back up to the starting position.
    5. Throughout the exercise, maintain a strong core and straight line from head to heels.
