Instructions

    1. Sit or stand with a neutral spine.
    2. Place one hand on your head, gently tilted to one side.
    3. Slowly and gently pull your head towards the same side, feeling a stretch in the opposite side of your neck.
    4. Hold the stretch for a few seconds before releasing.
    5. Repeat on the other side.
