Instructions

    1. Stand with feet hip-width apart, holding a weight overhead with both hands.
    2. Take a large step forward with one foot, lowering your body into a lunge position.
    3. Keep your chest lifted and shoulders back.
    4. Make sure your front knee is directly above your ankle.
    5. Push off your front foot to return to the starting position and repeat on the other side.
