Instructions

    1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart.
    2. Take a big step to the side and lower your body into a lunge position.
    3. Push off explosively with your bent leg, jumping up and switching legs in mid-air.
    4. Land softly on the opposite side, immediately lowering into another lunge.
    5. Keep your back straight and chest lifted throughout the exercise.
