Instructions

    1. Sit or stand with good posture.
    2. Place one hand on your forehead, applying light pressure.
    3. Push your head forward while resisting with your hand.
    4. Hold the contraction for a few seconds.
    5. Repeat on the opposite side, using your hand to resist as you tilt your head sideways.
